WHY IS DRINKING WATER DURING TRAINING SO IMPORTANT?

In everyday life it is very important to keep our body hydrated by drinking the necessary amount of water. Consuming water during training on a regular basis offers a number of advantages, as it is a time when we sweat more and this leads to a loss of a number of nutrients essential for our body and our health.

Water consumption during training should not be in excess, but in a moderate way.

Benefits:

- Controls tiredness;

- Regulates body temperature;

- Promotes blood circulation and eliminates toxins;

- Decreases the incidence of cramps;

- Transports glycogen (source of energy stored in the muscles and required during sports) to the cells.

On a daily basis, the amount of water you need to drink is related to your weight, you should drink 35ml for each kilogram, for example: if you weigh 70kg, you should drink 2.4 liters of water.
