PHYSICAL ACTIVITY HAS NO AGE

Is 'training' for young people?

Not at all. Studies show that light exercise among people from 60 to 90 years old increases their longevity and experts say that starting to exercise, even after the age of 60, ensures better health and quality of life, besides fighting diseases such as hypertension, osteoporosis, Alzheimer's, and heart problems.

There is a training according to each age group and objective, it is important to periodically do exams, have the orientation of a physical professional when doing the exercises, and, of course, not to exaggerate in the volume of the loads.
