3 REASONS TO DO Squats

The squat is one of the most versatile range of functional exercises.
If you don't know, the squat is the overall basis for performing so many other exercises.
The first reason I leave you for its inclusion in training is its versatility and overall work for the body. This exercise goes far beyond working your lower limbs.

The second reason is to promote mobility in 3 important joints (Knee, ankle and hip).

The third reason is that it is a catalyst for the improvement of other sporting activities, namely running.
