Kyphosis?

Kyphosis is a vertebral deformity in the sagittal plane, characterized by excessive flexion, usually seen in the thoracic region, showing a hunchback posture.

The most important causes of this deformity are poor postures and lack of physical preparation.

Kyphosis is more pronounced in women than in men, being more common with increasing age in both sexes.

The best treatment for curvature can be prevention, women with satisfactory exercise habits have a much lower rate of "kyphosis".

By carrying out a specific training program, you can delay the process or even prevent the onset of a kyphosis associated with aging.
