THE TWO IMPORTANT FACTORS FOR GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION

Nowadays physical activity has a fundamental role for society, as we are facing a tremendous precariousness in terms of physical exercise.

In adults, this more active lifestyle helps to prevent and combat some chronic degenerative diseases as well as to reduce cardiovascular mortality. Physical activity in children and adolescents, on the other hand, helps to restore their lipid and metabolic profile in preventing obesity.

Guedes et al. (2012), considers physical activity as a procedure focused on the individual for moving in parts or as a whole. The health benefits of physical activity such as the promotion of functional capacities (such as cleaning the house, shopping etc, etc .; daily life activities include basic elements such as: bathing, dressing, getting up / going to bed ) at different ages. According to Lazzoli et al. (1998), the most referenced components of physical activity are: cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, endurance, flexibility, agility.

The two factors that we must take into account in order to have a good Physical Condition are: Motor Capabilities and Conditional and Coordinative Capabilities.

Motor skills are manifested in congenital, individual attributes, which make it possible to carry out different motor actions.

Empirically, it is common to consider the division of motor skills into two dissimilar groups:

1- Conditional Capabilities

2- Coordinating Capabilities

The conditional capacities that will be more inherent in this e-book, are associated with the processes of obtaining and transforming energy. More precisely, it is the conditional parameters for the energy existing at the muscular level, organic systems and mechanisms that regulate their distribution. They generally consist of four categories:

1- Resistance

2- Strength

3- Flexibility

4- Mobility
