HOW TO WORKOUT AFTER SOCIAL ISOLATION?

During social isolation, many individuals changed their eating routines. The resulting changes, in terms of the workplace and schedules, influence the way people eat. People bought more food with a long shelf life (full of preservatives) and less fresh food and vegetables, as they try to travel less often to markets and supermarkets, for fear of contagion by the covid-19. The time available for eating meals has also increased and, consequently, the predisposition to eat more food is increased.

In this confinement, people took the opportunity to make a large number of recipes that they had not done for some time or had never made, such as cakes and bread.

The use of comfortable clothing during confinement helps to camouflage the extra pounds, leading to sloppiness.

Despite having been advised by the Regional Health Directorate on hygienic outlets for the practice of physical activity during isolation, many individuals, due to laziness and lack of motivation, did not do so. Many individuals with whom I spoke, explain to me that, it was quite difficult to train at home, since the distractions were many and the will and state of mind did not help.

Two months after the beginning of social isolation, the time came that we all looked forward, the permission to leave, to go back to the places we liked so much and to approach those we missed so much, with due precautions. The time has come to end the confinement and with the return of the work routine and the realization that if you are overweight, the desire to change arises. As Personal Trainers I advise that:

- Do not start training obsessively;

- Must be accompanied by an exercise professional;

- You must dose a healthy diet with physical exercise;

- You must create a healthy training routine;

- Must establish achievable goals;

- Should encourage your closest family members to adopt a healthy lifestyle;

Currently classes are allowed abroad, in groups of up to five people, with the proper precautions of distancing and hygiene.

So, given that, summer is already coming and hot weather is already installed in our daily routine, which is already available only on a beach and has a good time at the seaside, why not, stop hiding your dark clothes and bet improving your quality of life, posture, mobility, self-esteem and leaving the same mass behind, joining a training group or betting on personalized training with a trainer. Enjoy life to the fullest and let yourself withdraw from your body. Be sure to meet your goals.
