Truth or myth: Only running makes you lose fat

This myth is already diminishing, yet it is still present.
Every type of exercise causes you to lose fat, there are workouts where the heart rate increases more which causes a bigger fat burn.
To increase heart rate is not only the race that is effective. When doing exercises with load, with the weight of the body, with jumps, they all spend energy of our body, and it is necessary to execute them for increase of the strength and diminution of the fat.
Running is important as well, but if performed alone, it can cause injury due to lack of muscle work on the lower limbs.
Do not forget healthy eating has to be always present to get results.
