How to make time to exercise

Finding the time to exercise is not easy nowadays. Our fast and busy routine doesn't allow us to spend the time we should with our health and well-being.

Luckily, there's some little changes we can do to transform our life.

You can start with your sleeping habbits. If you go to sleep and wake up earlier, you'll see you will have time to exercise before you go to work. This will give you energy for the whole day!

Another way to make your time “last” longer is to exercise during lunch hour. Take your sports bag and a healthy meal with you and make your lunch time worthwhile!

You can also go practice right after leaving work. If you go home first, you will probably loose motivation. So take all you need with you in the morning and go straight to your exercise location after work.

Having someone to train with is the best way to keep your motivation up high. Gather a group of friends and get out for some running instead of going out to dinner. Explore locations and help each other. You'll see that when you feel down, your friends will pick you right back up and ready to practice. You will feel happier and healthier = Mission accomplished!
